THIERRY MONTOCCHIO
Chief Executive Officer
Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2001, Thierry became Chief Executive Officer in 2019, following 7 years as a Chief Finance Officer at VLH. He started his career at Cape Town in Audit after earning a Bachelor of Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He then worked as a forensic accountant for the Department of Food & Rural Affairs in the UK. Back in Mauritius in 2002 he joined the Corporate Finance Division of BDO where he was promoted Partner in 2007.
JEAN-MICHEL COLIN
Chief Finance Officer
With more than 15 years of experience in Finance Management, Jean-Michel optimises the financial performance of the group through different strategies and ensures financial compliance and corporate governance. He started his career in London (UK) before coming back to Mauritius where he held senior managerial positions in companies such as BDO, Forges Tardieu and Harel Mallac group. Jean-Michel is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Certificate in Strategic Management from HEC Paris.
CHRISTOPHER PARK
Chief People Officer
Christopher, our Chief People Officer, brings a blend of global expertise and passion for people-centric strategies. His journey started in Australia, progressing to prominent HR roles in Mauritius, including a nearly decade-long tenure as Group HR Manager at Terra, where he bridged HR initiatives with business goals. He now channels his extensive experience to align our HR strategies with business visions, fostering a culture of development. He holds notable certifications including Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Business Strategy for HR Leaders accolade from INSEAD Executive Education. Christopher's passion for HR and people development is a driving force in nurturing a conducive, growth-centric environment.
AXELLE MAZERY
Chief Brand & Communication Officer – Sustainability Leader
Axelle joined Rogers Hospitality following a distinguished career spanning 22 years, 14 of which were spent in senior management positions for prestigious brands such as Naiade Resorts, LUX* Resorts and Mont Choisy Group in the Marketing & Communication sphere. Her passion for customer experience innovation, along with her international marketing background, allows her to drive the company’s Brand & Communication strategies and achieve a sustainable competitive edge. Axelle graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (London) with a specialisation in International Marketing.
JAGA CHELLAPEN
Chief Projects & Facilities Officer
With over 18 years in Rogers Group, Jaga now leads the execution of Rogers Hospitality’s hotel construction and renovation projects of more than MUR 2 billion and assists in the facilities asset management of the company. He started his career at Sollac Steel industry (presently ArcelorMittal) in France and later joined CIEL Group as Management Consultant in Information Systems and Business Process Reengineering. Jaga holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical and Automation Engineering and a Postgraduate Degree in Logistics & Transport from Lille University, France.
JOHN LAGUETTE
Chief Information Officer
John is responsible for devising information technology and digital strategies, having occupied senior managerial positions in this field for the past 16 years. Prior to joining Rogers Hospitality, he was the CIO for a conglomerate where he played a pivotal role in the transformation of its different industries. John holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology and a MSc in Internet & Database Systems from South Bank University (London, UK) as well as a MBA delivered by Panthéon-Sorbonne & Université Paris Dauphine (Paris, France).
JALLOUD FAKEERMAHAMOD
Chief Revenue & Pricing Officer
Jalloud brings on board his vast knowledge after a rich 23 years’ career in the airline industry. He headed the commercial revenue, digital and business intelligence departments at Air Mauritius, and helped implement Revenue Management in the company. His career highlights also include airline transformation projects with internationally renowned consultants like Mc Kinsey, Seabury, and CAPA. Jalloud holds a master’s degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham, an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

AURELIE PITOT
Chief Operations Officer – Leisure
Aurélie holds a Business School Degree in Sales & Marketing from the ‘Ecole Superieure de Commerce et de Management’ – Tours Campus in France and has more than 20 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Management. She started her career in February 2001 with Connections Tourism Management Ltd where she was employed as ‘Management Assistant Commercial’. She was promoted as ‘Assistant Manager’ in December 2003, then as ‘General Manager’ in December 2006, and finally as ‘Chief Operations Officer’ in February 2016. Before joining Rogers Hospitality, Aurélie was the Head of Commercial at Bluelife.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Charles is responsible for overseeing and implementing the commercial strategy of the Hotels, Resorts & Golf, as well as the Leisure & QSR clusters, driving revenue generation, business growth, and profitability. With over a decade of experience in sales within the hospitality sector and having worked for some of the leading companies in this industry such as Shangri-La Group in their Dubai based hub office between 2018-21, Charles brings with him an impressive track record. He has managed high-performing teams that have consistently achieved their targets while promoting unparalleled customer service. Charles holds a BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey, UK.

Committed to excellence, Raoul spearheads the operations of Heritage Resorts. Building on nearly two decades of experience, he continuously drives world class service whilst creating outstanding guests’ experiences with the aim of reinforcing the brand as the undisputed benchmark of refined luxury in the hospitality industry. Raoul holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Media from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Food & Beverage Management from SHATEC (Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre)

Veranda Resorts
Vincent oversees the operations of Veranda Resorts, Kaz’alala, and Voilà. He has gained a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years. His career started at VLH in the Sales Department, after earning a master’s degree in Commercialisation and Operation Engineering of Tourism Products in Toulouse, France. He spent nearly 10 years with Sun Resorts in different managerial Operational and Sales positions, and was appointed at Voilà Bagatelle as a Hotel Manager before joining Island Living as Chief Experience Officer.
KAREESH MANRAJ
Chief Experience Officer – Restaurant Cluster
Kareesh is well versed in creating compelling customer experiences through operational excellence. He brings over 16 years of experience, of which 13 years were held at senior positions managing multiple reputed Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) brands. His very first internship has sparked a passion for restaurants which he has been sharing over the years. Kareesh holds a Degree in Business Management with a specialisation in Service Quality for Tourism and Leisure from the University of Mauritius.
KISHEN NADASSEN
Chief Development Officer
Armed with a passion to drive new initiatives in an inclusive and sustainable way, Kishen leads the development of projects and strives to expand the Group’s portfolio of hotels, restaurants and leisure offerings. Previously, Kishen worked at Swan, SBM, and Rogers. He has brought with him an abundance of expertise on consulting, research, investment management, strategy planning and business development. Kishen holds a master’s degree in Financial Engineering.

Head of Golf Management and Projects
Ryan joined VLH in 2018 after serving as Project Director at AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open. He started his career in 2003, at Port Elizabeth Golf Club, South Africa. From 2006 to 2012, he worked as a Head PGA Professional at St Francis Links before being appointed as General Manager of Heritage Golf Club in Mauritius. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Economics from the University of South Africa and is a Fellow Member of PGA South Africa.

JEROME CARLIER

General Manager, Heritage Awali, General Manager, Le Château de Bel Ombre, Corporate Sommelier
Jerome Carlier, currently General Manager at Le Château de Bel Ombre, has been appointed as acting General Manager of Heritage Awali.
Jerome started his career as a sommelier in a wine bar in Dublin in 2007. He then worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK and a wine cellar and shop in Paris before moving to Beirut in 2009 to serve as a sommelier at a prestigious cabaret and restaurant.
In 2010, Jerome joined Constance Resorts and Hotel as a sommelier, and he was quickly promoted to Head Sommelier.
With a wealth of experience behind him, Jerome brings his passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences to Heritage Awali.

Jean-Alain Noel is an accomplished hospitality professional with 15 years of experience in the industry. He holds a degree in "Tourism, Leisure and Recreational Management" from the University of Mauritius. Jean-Alain has held various roles including Housekeeping Coordinator, Head Housekeeper, In Villa Dining Manager, and Service and Quality Executive. He joined Heritage The Villas in 2010 and has been with the company for 11 years. His dedication to his work and the company's trust in him led to his recent promotion as Acting Operations Manager. Jean-Alain's extensive experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to Heritage The Villas.

Heritage Golf Club
Jonathan was appointed as the General Manager of Heritage Golf Club in 2015. A certified member of the Professional Golfers Association of South Africa, he started playing elite amateur golf in 1998 and became a golf instructor in 2002. Prior to joining the Group, he worked as Director of Golf at Arabella Hotel & Spa. From 2006 to 2010, he took several retail management roles. He also worked at The River Club, the most private golf course in South Africa. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management from the University of South Africa.

After having worked as ‘Chef de Cuisine’ for several renown gastronomic and Michelin stars restaurants in France from 1990 till 2004, Dominique joined Sofitel Imperial in Mauritius in June 2004 where he was employed as ‘Executive Chef’ for 4 years. In September 2008, he joined Constance Belle Mare Plage as ‘Executive Chef’ and was also an active member of the organization of the ‘Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau’. He left Mauritius in September 2012 to join the Royal Mansour Hotel in Marrakesh. Dominique came back to Mauritius and Constance Belle Mare Plage in September 2014 before being promoted as ‘Resident Manager’ of Constance Le Prince Maurice in January 2018. Since December 2018, Dominique occupies the post of ‘Managing Director’ of Reynaud Les Halles Ltd.

Dominique embarked on his educational journey in Cape Town after leaving Mauritius in 2004. In March 2016, he successfully launched his own Italian restaurant, Alforno Ristorante Italiano, in Cape Town. Following several years in South Africa, Dominique returned to Mauritius and joined the C Beach Club at Heritage Le Telfair in August 2019 as Assistant F&B Manager. His dedication and leadership led to his promotion to Operations Manager in December 2021. By April 2023, Dominique was appointed as Acting General Manager, and on August 1, 2024, he was officially promoted to the role of General Manager.

Veranda Grand Baie
Elodie joined VLH in 2019 as Operations Manager before being promoted to Hotel Manager of Veranda Paul et Virginie. She is now appointed as the Hotel Manager of Veranda Grand Baie. Before her time at VLH, Elodie worked as Chef de Rang at the renowned Maison Paul Bocuse in France. From 2015 to 2016, she held various assistant management roles at Club Med, with assignments in the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and French Alps. In 2013, she was appointed Manager in Training at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. Elodie holds a master’s degree in international Hotel Management from Vatel International Business School in France.

Christophe joined VLH as the Hotel Manager of Veranda Grand Baie in 2019 and after 1 year, moved to Veranda Tamarin. In 2016, he participated actively in the re-opening of Le Chateau de Brou in Noyant de Tourraine as Hotel Manager. He also worked for Ibis Paris Convention where he occupied the position of Deputy Manager for 2 years. Holding a degree in Hotel Management from Vatel Business School, Christophe has more than 12 years’ experience in this field.

Gino joined VLH in 2023 as the Operations Manager of Veranda Pointe aux Biches before being appointed as the Hotel Manager of Veranda Palmar Beach. With a Diploma in Education, Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Charles Telfair Institute, he worked as Restaurant Manager in several luxury resorts in Mauritius.

Vikram started his career in June 1997 with Beachcomber as ‘Assistant Beverage Manager & Management Trainee’ at Le Shandrani Resort & Spa and was appointed as ‘Beverage & Room Service Manager’ at Sainte Anne Resort & Spa in Seychelles in June 2022. He has also worked within the group as he joined Heritage Resorts in March 2010 as ‘F&B Director’ and was responsible for the F&B operations of Heritage The Villas, Heritage C Beach Club and Heritage Le Chateau, and was appointed as ‘Executive Assistant Manager ico F&B’ in June 2014, where he was also in charge of the F&B operations of Heritage Le Telfair till May 2017. Since April 2019, Vikram occupies the post of ‘Resident Manager’ at The Ravenala Attitude.

Ian joined VLH in 2020 as Front Office Manager of Veranda Pointe aux Biches before being appointed as Operations Manager of Veranda Tamarin and Veranda Paul & Virginie, respectively. With an MBA in Resort Management from Vatel Business School Mauritius, his vitality allowed him to be promoted to Hotel Manager of Veranda Paul & Virginie.

With a BCom Double Major in Tourism Events Management & Marketing from Curtin University, Australia, and an MBA from Vatel Mauritius in International Hotel Management, with a specialization in resort management, Yeshvin brings a wealth of experience to our team. Having worked in various countries such as Australia, USA, UAE & Bahrain, Yeshvin has gained a global perspective on management styles and culinary experiences, with a main focus on the F&B department. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Yeshvin's commitment to learning and growth led him to join us. His strong leadership skills have created a sense of harmony in his previous teams, resulting in successful achievements.

Beatrice is a dynamic and positive person with a career spanning 20 years in the hospitality industry. She joined Voilà Hotel as Sales & Marketing Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Hotel Manager in 2019. Beatrice also held senior positions at Veranda Resorts and Sun Resorts. Today, her main objective as Hotel Manager is to sustain relationships with partners and lead her team towards optimum productivity and efficiency. Beatrice holds a bachelor’s degree from the International College of Hotel Management.

Pauline has undertaken the functions of Shop Manager at VLH for the past 16 years. She first worked as Merchandiser in a Textile Agency for European brands like Debenhams, La Redoute, and Galerie Lafayette. In 2001, she took the role of Shop Manager at L’Aventure du Sucre, where she contributed to the development of the product collection. Pauline holds a Higher National Diploma (BTS) in Sales from the Ecole Nationale de Commerce, Paris.

Wellness & Spa
With more than two decades of experience in Cosmetic and Wellness, Anaick manages the Seven Colours Spa & Wellness brand present in all the resorts of Rogers Hospitality. Her career started in retail cosmetics where she headed the sourcing and development for 4 shops. She later joined the prestigious Royal Palm Hotel, being in charge of their high-class Jewelries and watches boutique. Anaick’s career highlights also include the development of the first Mauritian Cosmetic Factory manufacturing 100% natural cosmetic products in close collaboration with internationally certified professionals in the cosmetics industry.
