Rogers Hospitality is a public company incorporated in Mauritius on 19 June 2006. Rogers Hospitality forms part of the leading hotel groups in Mauritius with a portfolio of five 3 to 4 stars hotels, two 5 stars integrated resorts, the management of 40 villas, 1 golf course (soon a 2nd golf course), a nature reserve and many leisure amenities. Rogers Hospitality qualifies as a ‘public interest entity’ and therefore applies the 8 principles of the National Corporate Governance Code for Mauritius (2016).
